Lexus LF-Xh Concept to debut in Tokyo Motor Show
As excitement begins to build for the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show, local big guns, Toyota, add to the mix by announcing today that they will be showcasing two concept vehicles under their Lexus luxury brand. Following the L-Finesse design philosophy, the LF-Xh specialty SUV concept is equipped with a V6 hybrid engine and all-wheel-drive. The exterior design is attractive particularly with the chiseled front end. However, the LF-Xh concept, which could represent the next-generation RX SUV, appears to be somewhat low-key. Perhaps Lexus is saving all of the crowd pleaser details for show time.
The second concept is the much anticipated LF-A sports car. First unveiled in Detroit 2007 this latest version will show the LF-A with a more street-friendly appearance. As the first Japanese V10 supercar to finally give competition to the Europeans, hopefully, Lexus will also divulge some solid performance numbers. So far, we only know the LF-A will be 500+ hp with a top speed of approximately 200mph.

Press Release
Lexus announced today that it plans to display two concept vehicles and six production vehicles at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show. The show will be open to the general public from October 27 to November 11 at the International Convention Complex (Makuhari Messe) in Makuhari, Chiba Prefecture.
On the basis of its “pursuit of perfection” philosophy, Lexus strives to provide the highest-quality products and to fill every moment with exhilaration and comfort for its customers through continued, uncompromising efforts in all aspects of development, production and sales. At the Tokyo Motor Show, as a new global premium brand for the 21st century, Lexus plans to exhibit a specialty SUV and a premium two-seater sports car.
